Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We ship worldwide. By default our listings are set to ship to the continental United States. If you would like to place an order for another location, please email us so that we can price out exact shipping for you.

How long does shipping take?

Patches and badges ship within 1 business day.

Transfers ship within 3-5 business days.

Apparel ships within 2 weeks.

Transit time from us to you once we have shipped the item varies. Typically items take 3-5 shipping days to arrive. However, this is not guaranteed and we have no control over your order once we have handed it off to the carrier.

How do I track my order?

If you provided an email during the checkout process or have an email linked to your account (and were logged in when you checked out), you will receive a shipping notification once your order ships. That email will have a tracking number you can use to follow your order in transit.

Every single order is shipped with tracking.

Returns / Exchanges

How do I return an item?

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We only accept returns on badges and patches. All other sales are final and not eligible for return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. We do not accept returns for used items. You’ll also need the receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.


To start a return, you can contact us at girlslovescouting@yahoo.com. You will be responsible for the return postage. Refunds will be issued at the time the items are received.

How long does it take to process my return?

Once we receive the item, we will credit back the refund to the original form of payment within 1 business day.

Can I exchange for a different item?

We only accept exchanges for badges and patches. Apparel, transfers, etc. are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

If you are exchanging a badge or patch you will be responsible for both return postage of the item you are sending back and postage for us to send the new item to you. There is no discounted postage for exchanged items. You will be responsible for the standard $5.00 shipping for us to send you a different item.

How do I request a restock?

We use the notification feature on listings as a guide for what to restock. So if you have a badge you need restocked, we highly suggest to you hit the "Notify Me When Available" button on the listing. This will also send you a notification when the item is restocked so you don't have to worry about missing it.

How do I know when an item will restock?

We keep an up to date restock schedule posted in our Facebook group. Please follow us there for all the latest information on what's restocking and when.

I have an idea for a new badge/patch! How do I request it be made?

You can send an email to us at girlslovescouting@yahoo.com. We do our best to create all requests. Although, it depends on how full our production schedule is at the time of the request.

Do you offer any discounts?

We have 3 sales a year. We have a Spring Sale in April, a Fall Sale in September, and a Black Friday / Cyber Monday sale in November. Those are the best times to shop if you are looking for a deal!
