Production Time & Shipping FAQ

Production times are noted below:

Apparel (except for varsity jackets): 10-15 business days

Varsity Jackets: 3-5 weeks

In Stock Badges: 1-2 business days

In Stock Patches: 1-2 business days

Pre-Order Items: As noted on the listings.

DTF Transfers & Screen Print Transfers: 5-10 business days

Combined Orders (those containing RTS items & preorder items): These will NOT ship until all items being ordered are stocked.  If you want the RTS items to ship immediately, you will need to place a separate order for those that does not contain any preorder items.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.  Day 1 of production time begins the day AFTER your purchase.  Ie. If you order a badge on Monday, it will ship no later than Wednesday.

We generally use either First Class or Priority Mail to ship packages.  

We do not offer expedited shipping.  

We do not offer a guarantee delivery time.  This is due to the fact that after orders are delivered to the postal carriers, they are no longer in our hands and we have no control over delays that might occur.  

We do not issue refunds for delayed packages when the delay is caused by the shipping carrier.  

We do not offer refunds for orders shipped to incorrect / incomplete addresses.
